Most people want to achieve the look of healthy, fresh, glowing beautiful skin. From magazines to television or the internet we see beautiful girls and guys and wonder about their secrets… Here I shared 7 great tips for you to achieve healthy fresh glowing beautiful skin which are photo ready and also perfect for your everyday life.

Step 1. Eat Healthy

I am a firm believer in the saying you are what you eat and I try to live my life by eating healthy. I like to go by the philosophy of 90/10… It means that 90% of the time I eat health and the other 10% I treat myself. For example I am a crazy about chocolate. So instead of having milk or white chocolate I like to have dark chocolate. It has a high concentration of the coco powder so I feel a lot fuller when I eat it compared to milk chocolate. One of the benefits of dark chocolate is that: it is a powerful source of antioxidants such as polyphenols, catechins and flavanols. Which help to prevent or slow down cell damage, so eat away!

Every morning when I wake up I start my day by having a cup of hot water with some lemon. Lemons are phenomenal. They are packed with vitamin C they help to enhance your beautiful skin by rejuvenating from within giving your skin a natural glow. It is also a great weight loss remedy. Lemon water helps to flush out toxins from the body and helps to maintain a healthy digestive system. The list could go on forever from helping to purify your blood, protect your body against infections or from helping to cure the common cold. Start today and see the benefits for yourself.

Spinach: there are many benefits you can get from it, such as; it is low in fat and cholesterol. Spinach is high in vitamin A, C &E. It is important for skin, hair and bone health. It can help lower the risk of cancer, lowering blood pressure and lowering the risk of developing asthma among more.

Step 2. Exfoliate

Exfoliation is a key step to have a glowing complexion; it removes the dead skin cells that are on the skin’s surface and helps with their circulation which gives a rosy flush complexion. It is important to create a clean canvas if you will be applying makeup to the skin. They are lots of exfoliators on the market today from different companies but you can also make a great natural exfoliator at home. Olive oil and Sugar is one of the most easily homemade masks that you can make. 2 ingredients 2 minutes to make my kind of work! They olive oil is a great moisturizer, it helps to smooth any dry patches, helps with flaking of the skin and it also does wonders for any skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema. The sugar acts as the scrub and helps removing dead skin cells, smoothing out rough edges and will leave your skin super soft and clean. So to have a fresh unclogged pore glowing skin, get scrubbing.

Step 3. Cleanse Tone and Moisturize

This step is crucial to add into your routine to achieve healthy glowing skin. You should cleanse tone and moisturize twice a day, morning and night. Your skin will thank you for it. It helps to keep the pores clean from any dirt that may build up from the buildup of products on your skin too, specially the dirt from the outside world. Toning also helps keeping the skin-tight and plump.
Gravity pushes everything down including our skin, so it’s important to use the right products to help our skin as much as possible to prevent this. And the last step in this three-step routine is to moisturize we all know the benefits of moisturizing the skin and there are so many different types that include everyone’s skin tone.

Step 4. Youth Hydrating Mask

Masks are excellent for hydrating, given new life and rejuvenating the skin. A great mask is the Matis youth hydrating mask. This mask boosts moisture in the skin leaving the skin feeling full of hydration. It also has anti-aging prosperities. I personally use this Matis mask and love it, I like to apply a nice layer to my face and décolletage area and sleep with it on. This really helps my skin to feel plump and moisturized when I wake up in the morning. But a natural mask that you can use is Honey. Honey helps to minimize the appearance or acne, scars, wounds, wrinkles and dry skin. It is a cleanser for the skin which helps to keep the skin clean and soft. I would recommend investing in two jars if you would like to get the honey mask out. 1 for eating…Yum! And the other for your skin care routine.

Step 5. Curl Your Eyelashes (For Ladies)

Curling your eyelashes really makes such a difference on how alert & awake you can look. It instantly opens up the eyes, making them look bigger and brighter. For anyone who has naturally curled eyelashes they may skip this step if they wish but for others I included it, it really can lift and bring life into the whole face. To get a really good long-lasting curl heat the eyelash curler’s with a hairdryer wait a few seconds for it to cool down reasonable and curl away. You will be curl-tastic!

Step 6. Light Make up tips for Ladies

My next step on how to achieve glowing natural skin is using a good few tools but the right ones. By tools I mean a BB cream, cream blusher, mascara, brow gel and a nice luscious lip balm. BB cream has come onto the market the last 4 years and I love them. They are a great way to achieve an even and smooth base without over loading the skin with product. Cream blushers are so complementary to all skin tones and types, they’re a lot easier to blend than powder and look super natural. Mascara whether black, brown or clear really are a key makeup essential to everyone’s makeup bag. If I were on a desert island it would be the first thing I would pack so invest in whatever shade you like and layer up. Brow gels are amazing they hold the hairs in place all day and now you can purchase colored gels with help to give a fuller brow look without filling in, great for the natural look. Last but not least is a luscious lip balm, nobody likes chopped lips not to mention they can be very sore, so a good lip balm will add to the overall lowing look.

Step 7. Drink Lots of Water

Then finally my last step to achieve this look is to drink lots of water. Water has so many good and beneficial properties. It helps in your cell renewal, hydrates our skin, nourishes our skin, hair and nails. Helps to keep a clean and health digestive system, the list goes on. So before we put makeup or any beauty products on our skin we first have to look at what we are putting into our bodies because in the end what we eat really does show on our skin.

There you have it my 7 steps to natural glowing healthy skin that is photo ready. Whether you are a man or a woman I hope you can take some tips from my step by step and use them on a daily basis to look after yourself. Be good to your bodies and you will shine from the inside out!
