The Monastrell/Carbenet Sauvignon Bonhomme label wine was produced by the partnership between Nathalie Bonhomme and one of Valencia’s most innovative young winemakers Rafael Cambra.
El Bonhomme is made from 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Monastrell and the aging process consists of four months in French oak of one year and two years old barrels.
It smells concentrated dark berries, plums and noble wood. The flavours are soft, juicy fruit with good acidity and well structured.
This powerful wine has a seriously rich taste and beautiful perfume aromas, it is a food-friendly wine which would be great with barbecue or roasted meat :)!
